Do not waste your time applying for these apartments it's been since July when first applied and no one has reached out to me or gave me a update on my application. I've called numerous times to check the status of my application and all they can say is you are on a waiting list. Wasnt informed of a waiting list for a one bedroom only two bedroom had a waiting list when I applied. Very unprofessional property manager never there. Ladies in the office no clue of anythingabout when apartments will ...

be ready or anything,they cant even give any contact information for the property manager. All they tell you is that the property manager is in Dubai. At least call people that have applied and let them know if they are approved or not that's what real apartment leasing agents do.

Had a bad experience

A really bad experience this year with this complex. Which is in under a new management. August 2018 to 2019. Lady at front very disrespectful. They not fixing anything. From day 1 until end of my lease air conditioner could not get fixed.

I moved in May 2018 with the rent special and I have no complaints. The day of move in was after the office closed, in which I could not get into the drive through gate, due to security reasons. I contacted the After hours answering service, and they sent a maintenance staff person to let me in, which was pretty nice. The next day, i was in the office to get my car gate card. I also spoke to the office staff to have my apartments patio to be more secure. The office sent someone to switch the ...

secure locking device within 1 hour. My kids even have access to the near by schools and the public school bus picks them up right in front of the office, sometimes my kids are to busy playing in the play ground which is on the property. Also, the office management ran out of the snacks in the office, which when I asked they got me a whole box of snacks and delivered it to my apartment. Great Job Guys!! Sarah and Joshua

My family and I have been to several different apartments in Houston and this has to be by far one of the best! We feel very safe since the new management has taken over. All the bad people are gone thanks to the security that was hired and now its all families living here. They have a pool and a kids play area for my 5 year. The rent is very reasonable, when I moved in they had a special going for one month free I think but that probably changes throughout the year. The maintenance comes ...

fast and usually fixes the problem quick, only 1 or 2 times did I have to do a call back and ask them to come again for the same issue. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe and secure place to raise a family.

THEY ARE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THEY DON'T WANT TO DO REPAIRS, THEY RIG THINGS TOGETHER INSTEAD OF FIXING IT!! THE SEWAGE WOULD OVERFLOW IN FRONT MY BUILDING AT LEAST 2 WEEKS OUT OF THE MONTH. THE WATER BILL ALWAYS FLUCTUATED $50-70 EVERY MONTH FOR A 1X1 WITH ONLY ONE PERSON. KIDS RUN AROUND BREAKING RESIDENTS' WINDOWS. DRUG ACTIVITY, AND SECURITY OFFICERS DON'T CARE!! DUMPSTERS ALWAYS FILLED WITH FURNITURE, OVERFLOWING WITH GARBAGE AND OLD FOOD. HUGE STRAY PITBULLS, ...

GERMAN SHERPARDS, AND OTHER MIXED BREED RUN LOOSE AROUND THE APARTMENTS. THEY ONLY HAVE 10 VISITOR PARKING SPACES FOR OVER 300 UNITS! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE TRASH APARTMENTS TO MY WORSE ENEMY!! Since January 2017, we have hired a new security company to patrol the premises randomly throughout the day/night. All of our maintenance staff is fully trained in their respective duties. No pets are allowed to run free and the dumpsters and trash is emptied several times a week. New professional staff is working in the office. We hope you will give Plaza Azul Apartments a fresh chance and check us out again in the near future.

do not move here !!! you will live to regret it. they only have one maitanance guy they have problems with there air conditioner units.they have alot of fees too add to your rent amount like gas, sewer, water and more. the trash dumpster is to small its always over filled and it stinks of course. and then they have no emergency maitanance, they have a number but Nino one to answer.

It is a very good apt. complex in this neighborhood

Before it was not a nice place but now, I see very good improvements in this apt. complex. The new management is working hard. In 2 months, they start to fix the gates, security on site, courtesy officer on site.. etc. I like here. And i strongly recommend this apt. complex to my friend in this neighborhood.
