Don't do it
March 18, 2021Noise never ends. They've had construction on this building since around 2015. They've said it would take about a year. It's been six years now. They say every new construction project will take 3 weeks. They take 6 months minimum. Loud music and loud parties from other apartments as well. So you can't work from home in any sort of peace and you can't sleep in any sort of peace. I wouldn't call that a great place to live. Go somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
Decent for Murray hill
August 16, 2015The building is decent for being in Murray hill. It is between 1st and 2nd so it is a bit of a walk to the subway. Building staff is good. Rooms are small. Expensive. Average building.Review from Apartments.com
