The manager, complex and property owner don't do anything and when they do...the work is minimal at best and then they go back on what they promised. I was a renter here, then was forced to move, the owner moved me to a much smaller unit where nothing fit, counters were broken and basically was stepping over everything due to the lack of space and where nothing works. Took the manager over 2 weeks to contact the owner before anything was done, per the owner they told me that they would reduce the ...
rent due to the living conditions and the multiple issues in the apt.,but in the end they went back on their word and would not reduce the rent as the owner had said they would...I STRONGLY URGE YOU DO NOT TO RENT HERE!!!
