The property has controlled access to the building. Professional Management and Maintenance is provided when you live at one of our properties. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with marble countertops and modern light fixtures in the apartments. All of our apartments come with a stackable washer and dryer. Residents will have access to, on a first come first serve basis, 24 parking spots within 1 to 3 minutes walking distance from the building. Reserve your apartment today. Additional Fees: $55.00 application fee per person over 18. $299.00 one-time non-refundable setup fee (due 48 hours after approval). $299.00 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet, two pet max. $45.00 per month per pet. Security Deposit $499.00 to equivalent to 1 month’s rent dependent on credit. Also due 48 hours after approval. Requirements: Applicant(s) make 3x the rent in monthly gross income.       Just moved in 4 days ago I’m already in love the neighborhood is nice I’d definitely recommend anyone here only bad thing is parking other than that it’s a great place to live in my opinion
