I currently live in a lovely corner unit of point south. The location is superior in that it blocks the sun and keeps,it nice and cool during the hot Austin summer. We had such ease getting our apartment because we were moving down from Minneapolis, MN looking for new adventures! The people of point south were so helpful with our move and when we arrived we came to our newly remodeled apartment complete with new appliances! Gold stars all around!

We just relocated from the blustery north with no idea where we should live in Austin, but Point South was the perfect choice. We were able to complete the entire leasing process online and were given a choice between carpet and plank flooring for a little more money (we choose plank because carpet is gross and we have a dog), it turns out the planks were just put in. Fresh floors yo. The laundry facility accepts credit cards, which is super convenient, and never seems busy, which is nice, ...
since at my old place I was always waiting on a machine. You can check out movies from the office for 48 hours for free, which is amazing. (The office is next door at Bridge Hollow, located in what looks like the pool house.) There are a lot of walking paths within the gated area for the dog to safely be walked on in a somewhat busy area, traffic-wise. My dog thinks the place could have more squirrels, but otherwise, seems to like it here. And considering the fact that we live right off of Oltorf, there is minimal traffic noise, giving this a quiet neighborhood feel. There are restaurants within walking distance, including the delicious and super affordable 888. There are also a lot of bus routes that converge nearby if you're an avid bus rider. Overall this is a great place to live. Like all apartments, there are quirks, but nothing that I find so off-putting that I regret living here. Just remember that if something isn't working, it's probably just controlled by a lightswitch that you assumed has no purpose.

I really like it here it's really quiet and calm the office people are really cool and the maintence helpers are really helpful I like the area close to a lot of stores.
