Un reguero de cucarachas, por donde sea y por más que fumigaban salían más. Por todo un cobro $ hasta por respirar mal, uno no puede tener un ambiente de música a cualquier hora que la manager la señora muy desagradable empieza a molestar y regañar. Se pasan limpiando y recogiendo la basura del parking, pero los apartamentos como tal cultios y abandonados.

I’ve lived here 3 years. They have roaches im a clean person so I managed to barely see any but once anyone moves in or out roaches will come like crazy and there’s mo point for pest control its still infested. The lady’s at the office be sweet at first but once u move in or they know u a resident they be dry and annoyed at u for nothing. Dog poop everywhere then they tell everyone with a dog to pay a fee 50$ nah they have cameras outside but can’t catch who really not picking up after they dog. ...
MAJOR FLOOD ZONE!!!! You’re cars will be flooded. They won’t renew you’re lease with no explanation even if u was a good resident and don’t care if u go out on the street.

No me quejo del servicio pero el apartamento que me tocó supuestamente lo habían remodelado cuando lo vi honestamente no vi ningún tipo de remodelación todo se veía viejo la llave de la ducha , el inodoro, la llave del lavadero del baño y la cocina ,
Siempre un olor a marijuana y humedad.
El precio es muy caro para las condiciones del apartamento

Sure, it's a nice looking price, but we've had all kinds of problems. Lots of bug issues- roaches, wasps, etc; that all keep coming back, no matter how many times we clean or a pest control person comes in.
A/C has also gone out, but it is only considered an emergency for them to fix over the weekend if it is over 95 degrees outside.
Water pressure has also been a problem- the shower, toilet, sinks, dishwasher; we can't run any of these without the others becoming nearly unusable. We have not ...
been able to take a shower with full water pressure in almost 2 months.
Lastly, and it does seem to have been taken care of; but for months, we were dealing with the smells of drug use coming into our unit from other units on our floor.
Make sure you check out each of these things before committing.

Has roaches in apartments , VERY OLD has mold in A/C vents .. A/C unit in closet very rusty my air conditioning brakes up often providing me IF available with a portable one until when ever they decide to fix it . Also they go in apartment without you being there one day i was out when i came back i had a letter on my door stating my room door was locked & that i had to remove the lock ,how they know my bedroom door locked ? Ive also requested maintance to fix disposal & tub stopper also & ...

They lie about how much it is to move in. The office claims they don’t allow you to see the units first. You put down an application fee, adm fee, turn utilities on in your name, office draws up a lease once again before you see unit and says it’s in their policy. Don’t be so nieve as I was thinking Polo Run had my best instrest in heart. They didn’t. Leaser be Ware

Polo Run Apartments are very nice apartments! My family and myself live comfortably and have been here for almost 2 years now. The workers for the building are very kind and always come when needed. The women in the leasing office are amazing and do whatever they can to make sure you’re living the way you want and need to be.

this property is full of roaches, office managers are very rude they charge you for everything and thy raised the rent 40 dolars and i wasnt even been here a year! the back sewage water always backs up they have contrctors , her husband! work truck all over they have a tow company to come tow your car but they have like 9 comercial trucks and trailers no parking permit the girls in the office dont know anything !!!!!!! notice all the reviews on here are a year old they keep taking them down ...

Polo Run Apartments are a really good value in Kissimmee, but you definitely get what you pay for. We moved from out-of-state and were not able to tour the property before we moved in. The outside of the buildings are old and the premises are not very clean. The inside is nice but very small. The appliances in the kitchen are newer and nice and the AC works great! Our apartment was always cold when we wanted it to be and it held in the cool air very well.
