BAD MANAGMENT AND BUILDING FALLING APART

They keep shutting the water off without any notice multiple times. Since the hurricanes, the roofs have been leaking, creating a mildew smell. They still haven't fixed it. A lot of balconies are bowing because old management took out the stairs that were supporting it years ago. Alex is aware that the balconies have been dry rotting for almost a year now, but it's too big of a problem to fix. The main office answers the phone more than the last staff, but they still give you the run around. Alex ...

is barely in the office. When you finally do get in touch with him, he lies and makes empty promises to delay the issues. They also changed the parking rules where people are fighting for spaces again. There are some apartments that get multiple stickers instead of one per household. This is creating an imbalance. The rules should be that only people who live at the buildings can park in front of it. They don't have a proper system to tackle all these apartment issues, and it keeps adding up. There's so many issues with these apartments.

Take this as a sign to never live here or give these people your money. I lived here for 10 months and it was a literal nightmare the entire time. The complex's AC "Contractor" RAN HIS WORKER VAN INTO MY 1 YEAR OLDS BEDROOM. Every single employee, down to the owner is shady and careless. Don't waste your time or money.

Moved into a 'newly renovated unit under new management' a year ago. Was denied every maintenance request including the few basics covered by Florida law such as screens and unbroken windows. Property management continuously lies while nothing gets done. Items are on 'back order', the 'maintenance guy quit and Ari won't authorize us hiring another', 'the fitness center is being built', 'the pool guy is coming next week' ' we can't order light plate covers without Ari's permission'. This place is a dump run by a bunch of con artists. I lived there for 8 years, paid my rent on time every month and in return I received little to no maintenance. The grounds are barely kept up and roaming packs of teenagers smoking pot and drug dealers are your neighbors. The management lies constantly about EVERYTHING! Ran horribly. Never ending construction and yet never any real improvments. Waited over a year for a new apartment I was leased. Nothing works, trash overflows all the time from dumpster. People running it have no idea what there doing, cant fix and keep track of anything. Rent is way to high for what you get. Run while you can..
