Dont waste your time
January 7, 2020Just moved in not even a month ago. I only gave it the one star because the inside of the apartment is the only good thing about the apartments. For starters the office staff are very unprofessional and need a full training course on people skills and office management. I moved from out of state that whole process was very frustrating with the assistant manager Gabby having no full knowledge of her job and the lack of communication from the manager Nancy. I finally was fully approved after a ...month of back and forth with both of them. I was told my rent was two different amount because of the lack of communication between them two. I wasn’t told who the electricity company was nor all the options I had to pay my rent besides a cashiers check. I had to ask for all the information a typical complex will tell you once approved. I have moved in and I don’t have a key to my storage. I told Gabby about the key issue on the 26 of December maintenance has yet to come fix it today is January 7th. Corporate states the office is unaware of my maintenance request. Gabby(assistant manager) states she put the maintenance request in. WHOSE LYING? She also states they are stretching 2 maintenance people between two buildings whose problem is that. She started telling me about them running out of storage but how is that when its one storage per apartment. She also told me they are trying to find keys what kind of foolery is that. How do you move people in with no key access to all of the apartment but they want ALL the rent. They cant get my key to my storage that’s next to my apartment but they have time to put notices on my door about a $15 balance. The garbage is always all around the compactor on the ground. They dont have any regulations to parking so parking is horrible as well. There’s cars that clearly dont work just sitting in the parking lot. Corporate has no sense of concern towards what’s going in at these apartments. They make sure they let you know your rent is due the first of the month so they better get their money but they cant do nothing to accommodate your living. Unfortunately I got a full 12 months here but I definitely won’t be here any longer.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
