February 27, 2025Before visiting the property to see the apartment, remember that the posted pictures can be misleading. I viewed two units with broken doors, moldy ceilings, and poorly painted bathtubs. Additionally, utilities and parking for a one-bedroom apartment cost over $300 on top of the rent. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, they attract potential tenants with false advertising.Property Manager Responded

Great and convenient location

March 19, 2021Entiendo el mal genio con que la persona de la oficina me atendió... estrés y todo eso, pero que no les importe la emergencia que tienes en tu depa, eso ya es demasiado. Llamé mas de 100 veces y no les importó. Esos apartamentos no son baratos, deberían tener un poco más respeto por los alquinos. Si buscas un nuevo departamento, no te lo recomiendo ni a mitad de precio.Review from Apartments.com

THIS PLACE NEEDS A BETTER STAFF PLEASE READ
December 12, 2018overall my experience at this apartment was okay insides are nice and cozy.if you dont mind bugs and if you pay your payments online and pay the extra 30 dollars you will never have to worry about them loosing your check. I had to end my lease early because of all the add on expenses they would charge. I didnt sign up to pay an extra 300 dollars a month. But i am on here because of the experience i had to go through to buyout my lease and leave. BECAUSE i gave my notice 2 weeks after the 1st of ...the month i had to pay prorated amount for december which i was okay with because my mistake to give the notice in late. BUT tell me WHY this apartment place was trying to get rid of me NOVEMBER 30TH obviously i was not ready to leave yet, forcing me to go through the hassle of them acting like im lying about my move out date when all my documents are in the office!! and on top of that if you ask them to check your file, they tell you they cant then what are those employees there forBUT REALLY REALLY ..WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY AN EXTRA TWO WEEKS IF I COULD LEAVE AT THE END OF THE MONTH WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
WORST APARTMENT EVER
August 20, 2016I have only lived here for 3 months. I have dealt with roach, ant and mice infestation that has caused me to leave this complex immediately. Do not waist your money or time. Maintenance is THE WORST, it takes them forever to get anything done. It's noisy, and neighbors are loud, truly a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My review for my apartment
October 2, 2015I would like to start off by saying since living in my apartment, I have enjoyed my living thus far. I've only been in my unit since mid May, and have about half a year left. The cost is almost manageable for me, although it's been really tough on me. I do live alone, and currently working full time at an animal hospital which i started at when I got the apartment. The location is almost ideal since I am familiar with the area, and I don't have to travel far to get to work. Presidential Greens apartment, not worth it
September 5, 2015I'm going into my third year renting in presidential greens, I'm stuck here do to my bad credit. Let's begin, there is a fee for fumigation of pest including mice, they've only shown up once to fumigate. I've caught about 15 mice with my own mouse traps, out of my own pocket. I also have raid at hand for others pest. This year the attempt to fix the sidewalks around the premises but left several without repair. Some of the neighborhoods party loudly Friday, Saturday nights and on Sunday's the ...people attending Saint Rita church will take your parking. There is no towing in the mornings so nothing has been done about this issue. The laundry rooms are always broken. Trash is always overflowing the dumpsters and do expect big rats and cockroaches in the stairs. Save yourself the aggravation, is really disgusting here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It's alright if you take care of the place
August 2, 2015Rent is alright for the location. Place isn't really up to date since renovations can not be done to place. Nice carpets but maintenance can be kind of slow. I will be moving out as soon as I can but it is because I want a place more renovated. I would recommend as a 'first apartment' but not as a permanent location.Review from Apartments.com
Great Charming Building for a Great Value
July 26, 2015I live in a 1 bd unit and the space for the rent is a great deal! Moved in just 4 months ago and never had an issue. Charming building across from an old church makes for very few neighbors and noise. I would highly recommend living here!
