July 31, 2022We’ve lived in the area for 10ish years and at Promenade for the last 3. To say we feel at home is an understatement. Our neighbors are great, and the staff is amazing! If we have an issue, things are fixed quickly! Our ac went out last year and we had a back up unit at our place within the hour (on a Sunday). The ac was fixed the same week and they replaced our furnace at the same time so we wouldn’t have issues! We love it here!Review from Apartments.com

July 30, 2022Promenade oaks is such a great place to live! My daughters and I always feel safe and know there is always someone around to talk to! We love exploring the trails and use the park/pool all the time. The staff is amazing, they always respond super fast and are always willing to answer questions and help in any way they can. My favorite thing about living here has to be being able to sit outside our house while the kids ride their bikes up and down the sidewalk! The in-unit laundry is also a huge ...bonus!
