About Providence Place
The New Providence Place Apartments is currently accepting applications for our 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom 1 bath, and our 2-bedroom 2 bath units. We are also accepting applications for our HUD Waitlist . We will be processing applications on a first come first approved basis as notices to vacate are received. If you move in by November 1, 2023 you will receive 1/2 off your first full months rent. New Providence Place Apartments is a Low Income, Tax credit property now offering ADA and AV Units. Income restrictions do apply. Minimum income is set at 2 times the monthly rent Minimum income limits are not applicable to Section 8, PBV units or Section 8 like units. Maximum income limits will be adjusted as published by HUD yearly to reflect changes in the Area Median Income. Applicant households whose annual income exceeds the limits published at the time of move in will not be eligible for occupancy. We are a gated community with on-site Security and Maintenance. We have five Laundry Rooms conveniently located throughout the property, a playground and a Resource Center that host weekly food distributions, assistance to our residents and much more. We offer tax credit one bedroom, two bedroom apartments as well as HUD one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Please contact us for more information .

Be careful
December 23, 2020It definitely is a lot of violence and roaches. There is black mold. Maintenance is cool. Office is iffy. Notes on your door every other week. Kids messing with your car. Ive had to replace 3 tires in 2 months. They hired better security. It can be better if they stop just moving ppl in because once they leave office we have to deal with them.Review from Apartments.com

August 5, 2015My apartment is located in a family orientated area of the south side of Sacramento. I am a single parent with one child and I am disabled on SSI. We live because this all I could afford but what I like is it's a gated and has security which it makes it safe. The only thing is they change managers every year.
