Lived here 2 months and I’m not impressed. Experienced A number of problems with the apartment since being here, it’s as if no one checked the place before moving me in. Dish washer was literally broken upon arrival with roaches and standing water on the inside. Roaches throughout the apartment and although management tries to fix it, there’s only so much they can do. Management loves to say “pests are to be expected when living in shared living space” as if I haven’t lived in an apartment ...
without roaches before. In all honesty, save your time and money .

BRG being the new owners have drove this wonderful place into the ground. I have lived here 22 years with little complaints until within the past couple years. My rent has increased significantly with no reasoning (nothing has been updated, Nothing has been fixed or replaced either). I continuously get charged left and right for ridiculous things such as being charged for just having furniture on MY back porch. If you care about yourself and your family I would highly suggest not considering this ...
place even as your temporary place to sleep. I'm sure the bedbugs, fleas and constant crime would help solidify your decision as well. Take my advice to heart, i've never been so let down with a "company" in all my life.
