I rented here and the management they have on duty is disrespectful and seems like she does not know what she is doing. When I came to her about some fees that have accrue she just shrug me off and said talk to corporate, first of all upon signing my lease there was an agreement of how much I will be paying due to the special that I signed on. Now I am having to pay $50 more. I brought this her attention she started stating late fees. Well I have all transactions and I have been up to date there ...

should not be any late fees. Let me just say this apartments are not even decent to live in and so the fuss about $50 has me a little upset. Corporate needs to revaluate the staff they currently there are RED flags here. Either corporate or staff is stealing its a big accusation but no one is giving me answers.

Hello, my name Is Paris and I'm actually writing in for my grandparents. My grandparents live in Balchsprings, Tx They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. My grandfather has always been a hardworking loving man for his family, he had always been a great provider, but now that he his older it has been a struggle for him and my grandmother. My grandmother had surgery on her brain because of an tumor, sometimes u can tell things aren't the same with her since the ...

procedure, but to us she is still our grandmother! Paying rent and bills are a struggle for them, my grandfather is still looking for work, and it has been hard because of his age. My grandmother has carpel tunnel so she hasn't worked since I can remember. Their living situation is horrible and I really dislike it a lot. They live in a efficiency apartment, the apartment complex doesn't keep up with the maintenance nor is the apartment up to date. So if they were to win this rent for life. This will truly be a blessing from God above. I just really want my grandparents living situation to improve.
