September 23, 2015I love the office help, the maintenance and the setting of the Quaker St side. It is heavily wooded and the neighborhood is friendly. The apartment is nice and roomy. The only drawback is the apartment was built in the 70s and the cabinets show it. Water pressure is low as well.Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015Two bedroom apartment with full sized kitchen, one four piece bath, bath shower combination. Long family room/dining room combination. Each bed room accommodates a Queen sized bed and has plenty of closet space. Pet and family friendly park like setting with well maintained lush greenery and mature trees. Features two seasonal pools and two children play areas. Shared laundry facility. An easy walk to bus stops,grocery and department stores and fast food or sit down restaurants.Review from Apartments.com
Older but nice.
July 21, 2015I really enjoyed working with the office staff. They made the move in easy. The property is nicely covered in mature trees, backups to a creek and has pleasant views. The main drawback to the apartment is the kitchen is still 1970's.Review from Apartments.com
