On a quiet road away from the hustle and bustle of the cities but with easy freeway (US 23/I-94) access to all major hospital systems and campuses in Ann Arbor (20 minutes), Ypsilanti (15 minutes), Detroit (40 minutes) and Toledo (40 minutes). Enjoy safe country living with nearby apple orchards, a fresh local produce stand, and an amazing 493-acre county park (Rolling Hills County Park) with miles of paved and single-track trails for jogging or biking just minutes away. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you would need including a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, silverware, bakeware, toaster, Keurig, etc), TV with Roku stick (you provide your subscription of choice), high-speed internet (1GB), washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and an oversized one car detached garage with opener and bicycle. The large bedroom is set up with a full-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a desk with a comfortable office chair, computer monitor, and a generous walk-in closet. The living room has a comfy sofa, lift top coffee table, and large TV. The apartment is all on one level so no stairs to contend with. When you are tired of cooking there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat such as Bone Heads Bar B Que (5 mins), Borimex Mexican restaurant (10 mins), and all the great restaurants/bars in historic Depot Town (15 mins). All applicants are required to submit a rental application, authorize a credit and background check, and pay a $55 nonrefundable application fee. We do not accept section 8 or housing vouchers and apologize for the inconvenience.
