Don’t waste your money or time

This place is crawling with problems. Literally. Property Management has done nothing to clean the HVAC system, and simply paints over the nicotine coated walls. The market and my income have made this the only reason my friend lives here. I would not pay for my own mother to live here, a cardboard box would be better.

Way over priced

These are small units and old outdated for the price. I've heard that another management company has taken over these units so they probably will put some lipstick on it. It has a pool but not in operation and I'm guessing it will get filled in as I seen no reference of the pool.
