Raintree Apartments

call center was telling people they weren't in. When I inquired about units available she told me she didn't know if there were any. I asked if I could get it to her and see what the units look like and they told me they don't do tours and show people Apartments. I asked her if she had a floor plan, and I was told no. I told her having been in the leasing business, this was very odd to me oh, so she got me to sit with the manager. The manager told me their corporate office is the one that determines which unit you get so even if you like something you may not get that location if corporate decides otherwise after you're approved! So I asked how long the approval process takes, and was told that wasn't something she could tell me either! This whole place seemed shadey from the beginning and I can't even imagine what it would be like to be a tenant in a place like this. Not for me!
