North Facing Units Beware

August 26, 2021 - Review from Apartments.com

Any units facing north look out at the Evan's House which has regular noise issues - emphasis on regular (shouting/profanities 3-5 times per day and through the night). This complicates work from home exponentially. A highlight was when someone stood on the patio roof next door involving 10+ police officers.

We're sorry to hear your experience with Raleigh Ridge was less than stellar. We do our best to be patient with our neighbors while also maintaining a relationship with them in order to ensure everyone's mutual comfort. If at any time there are issues with noise originating from Evan's House we have posted their direct phone number in our common areas so that you can call them and ask them to deal with their noisy tenants. Though they are in a challenging position, we have found them to be very understanding when we reach out with issues.
