Horrible management!!! Do NOT rent here. You would be better off homeless and on the streets. The building is falling apart and I was treated unfairly by the management.

The average apartment that is here, a 750 square feet, 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 6, have restaurants and supermarkets close by, not the best apartment, but a good apartment for a struggling family.

I have to say, I have very mixed feelings about living here. I like the one-bedroom apartment, I have great neighbors, and I love living in a smoke-free complex. Everything I need is within 5 miles from my door, from groceries and craft supplies to cheap gas and the freeway. What I don't like is the treatment I've received from the front office. The office hours are 10-4 M-F, and I work 8-5 those same days. When I call to make an appointment outside of those hours, they don't seem to record it in ...

their calendar and then make it sound like it's a huge deal (even though the assistant manager lives on site). It takes weeks to get maintenance to fix things.
