manager is the catalyst to so many components within a community. In the absence of one, inevitably the residential experience will suffer needlessly. That is not the case here at Ravello Apartments. The manager, named Iolanda is the most amiable, kind, receptive and caring manager whom I’ve had. Patient, honest and keen on the complex upkeep and well-being of the residents, she is always there to help. She meets requests, complaints and recommendations with a smile, followed by her concern and timely effort to help resolve the matter. From delayed packages to item repairs, there is no issue which with you can’t address with her and receive exceptional, time-sensitive help. I’ve no doubt that her dedication and care for residents is the major contributing factor to the pleasant, peaceful and friendly ambience with and amongst the community and neighbors. Quality effortful service is undoubtedly, a priority for Iolanda and Ravello apartments. While visiting the complex before moving in, I took it upon myself to speak to some of the residents and get their thoughts on the management and their overall experience. Each one that I spoke to said that their experience had dramatically transformed for the better when old management was replaced with the ‘new manager’ named Iolanda. Initially, I didn’t think too much of it. Yet, in no time, I came to understand the quality of her thoughtful and integral management that many were consistently speaking so highly of. Granted, Ravello Apartments has an aesthetically beautiful and peaceful energy to it, but that would be meaningless if it was devoid of a devoted, courteous and sympathetic manager. I’m very glad that I decided to go with Ravello apartments. My experience has been nothing short of phenomenal quality and complete satisfaction. Satisfied Resident, -JP
