      I understand that the building is a "work in progress" with ongoing construction and that I am an early tenant, but the installation of the blinds at the window should have been checked and secured before a tenant moves in. I got the request to add something to the blinds the day after I moved in.

      A very good building, pricey but could be worth it. A concern is they charge for any every and anything which compared to my last luxury building could be a problem to maintain long term tenants. They charge a monthly pet fee which really should be a one time fee especially for cats and harmless pets. Other than that it's in a good location in Harlem but let's remember this is Harlem, not midtown.
