Recommend living here
May 8, 2024The staff are very friendly and have no issues getting any repairs done and fixed. The maintenance staff respond rather quickly and professionally. Laundry facilities are easy to get to and the machines either take money or you can use an app on your phone to pay. Utilities are affordable.Review from Apartments.com
Not smoke free
April 14, 2023I lived at Raytown Villages for 2022 and 2023. The management are very nice and easy to work with. The price for the apartment was good and my apartment was clean and I liked it. I occasionally saw bugs but management did have all apartments sprayed monthly and responded to my bug concerns. There is an issue with hot water. The building shares water so water pressure is very low and rarely is there hot water. My biggest issue is the constant cigarette and marijuana smell in my apartment ...from the other apartments. I understand that marijuana is legal now so I was told there isn’t anything management could do. But it should not be advertised as smoke-free. No matter what I did to get rid of the smell it didn’t work. My apartment smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad for living
October 28, 2017You want to put yourself in danger and half the time not the best of places to rent even though it may be next to Walmart in the fire station you won't feel safe there been two shootings at this place 1 into someone's apartment and someone got killedProperty Manager Responded
