August 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comSo far I have had a great experience here at Renew! My apartment is the perfect size for me and my boyfriend and our cat. I love the location of our apartment and how close we are to grocery stores, coffee shops, and lunch spots. I also love how quiet neighborhood is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Edwardsville!

August 19, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comExperience so far has been great! The only complaints are the landscaping and certain features. There was trash in my yard, and the bushes in front of my unit are obviously dead. My door to the laundry room was broken before I moved in and the upstairs tub is pretty gross.
