So far I have had a great experience here at Renew! My apartment is the perfect size for me and my boyfriend and our cat. I love the location of our apartment and how close we are to grocery stores, coffee shops, and lunch spots. I also love how quiet neighborhood is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Edwardsville!

Experience so far has been great! The only complaints are the landscaping and certain features. There was trash in my yard, and the bushes in front of my unit are obviously dead. My door to the laundry room was broken before I moved in and the upstairs tub is pretty gross.

Not too far from school and a good area. However, maintenance is not the best here. Somewhat fix things and the apartment wasn't totally move-in ready.

Aaron from maintenance is fantastic. You get assigned parking but if someone parks in your spot its your problem not there's. Living room also has no light source

We have had a lot of problems with our apartment and have made a lot of maintenance requests. There are not many maintenance workers at ReNew now so our apartment has just not been getting fixed.
