I have made two maintenance requests about my AC unit not working for my apartment. I have yet to receive an email from maintenance to make an appointment/give us an warning to put the pets away. We later found out that the AC unit was covered in Ice. Turn the unit off, which seems to fix the problem. However, still waiting on them to come check on it because we think because of how long it went without being fix. It was leaking and the ceiling and tiles in pantry are wet and bowing now. Also ...

put in a ticket for maintenance to come check our garbage disposal which has not worked in roughly 2 weeks now but still no response from maintenance.

The neighborhood is safe I enjoy riding my bike. When you have a maintenance need you will more than likely have to wait at least two months to get anything resolved. The appliances out dated. There is also rust inside pipes due to old piping. You can also look inside the vents and see a lot of dust and dirt caked up inside. Looks as if it's never been cleaned. I had an issue over the summer where water was coming from every vent in my home and making a bad wet clothes smell inside my apart. ...

Made me think of mold. The experience was horrible. However most important I enjoy my apartment because the area is safe.

Maintance is slow but apartments are decent. Pool isn’t always clean and they are constantly renovating apartments but not helping current guest.

Neighborhood is beautiful. Staff is unfriendly and takes their time with communication. Maintenance is just ok and often times you have to call back since the first person they send can’t fix it. Exterior updates were nice but no offer of interior updates to current tenants. Considering the rent increases, I just feel we could get something much nicer elsewhere.
