February 8, 2026The management team was difficult to work with when we lost AC in the hottest part of summer 2024. Took over 3 weeks to remedy. The screens don’t fit the windows and most windows are difficult to impossible to open. The only window we can easily open is in 1 non primary bedroom.Property Manager Responded

February 7, 2026I love it here. This will be my 9th year… However it is quite expensive and this week will be the 5th time my elevator has been down. I live on the top floor and when I say down, I mean for MONTHS even almost a year one time with no help or rent concession.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2026I expected more living in this area. This area isn’t diverse. The view is beautiful and serene. The amenities are ok but the people is what makes the neighborhood so that part doesn’t make it enjoyable.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Renew at marina shores is nice. We love being close to the beach. My yorkie likes to sniff the apartment complex. The pool is nice. There’s good restaurants close by as well.Property Manager Responded

January 20, 2026For the most part everything is fine. However it seems when they changed management things started to go down a little. Our floors and walls outside no longer get pressure washed like they did before. And now they tow your vehicles for registration and inspection. They keep increasing the rent but there are no upgrades to the community or amenities.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2025I've lived in this apartment complex for 10 years and it continues to be at the top of my list of favorite complexes. The new management staff is friendly and accommodating as well as professional with work requests or resolving issues.
