September 30, 2025This apartment complex is dirty, maintained poorly, and nothing seems to get fixed in a timely manner. I am paying an exorbitant amount of money to live here, and getting bugs in my apartment, a trash compactor that does not work, and having to wait months for issues to be fixed/resolved.Review from Apartments.com

September 26, 2025Apartment is flooding out and the main office is hard to get ahold of. We are also being charged for the excess water leaking. before we started to have problems with the water leaking the apartment and complex is amazingProperty Manager Responded

August 29, 2025Upon move in my AC was broken. And has taken over two weeks to fix. The apartment also needed to be cleaned a second time. And there were bugs in the bathroom and kitchen.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2025So far so good! Just moved in this weekend.. had an issue with the AC but the Maintenance team came out ASAP which I really appreciated! The amount of water bugs though… trying my best to get used to that lolProperty Manager Responded

August 19, 2025It is a wonderful place to live. The community is so nice and the apartments are updated and well kept. The only thing that they recently changed the parking and now it’s very challenging to have guests come visit and there is very limited guest parking spots.Property Manager Responded
