August 31, 2025Front entrance to my building has dead bushes and large bare spaces. Also, I have requested a trash can in the laundry room since the fire in January. Nothing yet. No other problems currently.Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025The apartment size is good, but the units, bathrooms, and hallways are pretty dated. There’s a serious waterbug issue—I’ve found them dead and alive in my unit. The gym is old and really needs an upgrade, yet we still have to pay extra for amenities and parking. Rent just went up by $200, which feels unreasonable given the lack of updates.Property Manager Responded
