March 19, 2026My car was towed four days after me moving in. My husband (he moved in before me) submitted a maintenance request about roaches. They sprayed but it has not help. They are massive and everywhere. There is mold, the bottom of our oven was not cleaned before moving in, we had issues with our dryer twice within the first week. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. There’s also random fees every month that we’re not mentioned when signing the lease. Save your money and live somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2026My family and I have been living here since 2024. Not a bad place. Quiet area and everything is nearby. The only issue we have, there is usually more than one maintenance issue in the apartments. February 9, 2026Great maintenance team, always fast and efficient. Staff are also friendly and super helpful with all types of questions. Apartments could use a more love when renovating. Also the cockroaches are rampant. Its still very pleasant to be there for 2 years. January 23, 2026I've been a resident here for 14 yrs and I've been through 4 leasing companies and I must say that Triinity Consultants has been the best by far ,However there's a continuous trash problem by the dumpsters, the truck does come by daily and I personally pick up around said dumpster daily as well but it's hard to keep up because there's people from the surrounding area dumping their trash and items not in but around the dumpster and it's not very appealing visually and needless to say it ...attracts vermin, plus it negatively reflects on all of us, I take pride not only in the care of my unit but I care about this community where I live as well and that unsanitary condition is not good for anyone and it may also keep from attracting possible future residents ,please address this matter accordingly ,Otherwise I always give you 5 stars instead of 4 Thank YouProperty Manager Responded
