February 7, 2026The staff are truly kind and helpful. I like that they provide dinner for the community every once in awhile. The wood burning fire place is my favorite part along with in unit washer dryer. Maintence responds pretty quickly and very nice. I love the walking trail for the pets too.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026Great place to live, the only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is the parking lot winter time plowing situation is less than ideal. Usually just the main rows are plowed not the actual parking spots so ice builds up and it gets pretty slippery.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Renew West Bloomington is a quiet community tucked just off 98th and Normandale so is close to restaurants and retail and easy access to the highways and roads that allow for travel in all directions. The units are configured to maximize space and views and the grounds have a lot of green space and nice views. Highly recommend to check it out.Property Manager Responded
