July 15, 2025Overall good. I like my unit and whenever I have a maintenance request its typically answered in a timely manner. However there are a few grievances I have. One is the frequent marijuana smell in my building. I've reached out several times to management, and the only response I've received is that it will be "handled" over a month ago. It's still a near daily occurrence and the smell does go into my unit via the air vents, while my latest email to management has been ignored for several weeks ...now. The other grievance is the large puddle in the parking garage that has been there since early winter. I had hoped it would be dealt with after I reported a leaking pipe a few months back, but the puddle is still there and its pretty gross to walk through every day.Property Manager Responded
