The staff are truly kind and helpful. I like that they provide dinner for the community every once in awhile. The wood burning fire place is my favorite part along with in unit washer dryer. Maintence responds pretty quickly and very nice. I love the walking trail for the pets too.

Great apartment if you are looking in the Bloomington area. Maintenance is very speedy and productive and since the building is “older” noise is very little!

Great place to live, the only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is the parking lot winter time plowing situation is less than ideal. Usually just the main rows are plowed not the actual parking spots so ice builds up and it gets pretty slippery.
