April 16, 2025Location is amazing and management does everything they can to help. Maintenance only specializes in quick fixes…we’ve had the same 2 issues for awhile and they come in and it’ll re-break a week down the road. Buildings are getting really old, our floors are severely slanted (to where the bottom of our bookshelf will be right up against the wall, but the top will be almost 5 inches away from the wall) in our apartment and all of our windows leak and we will get frost on the inside walls during ...the winter.Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2025The building is nice and mostly clean. The recycle area is a bit of a problem. The recycling keeps getting over filled. I sometimes cannot toss my recycling.Property Manager Responded
