Overall happy Overall I’m happy with this apartment and will be renewing my lease but the increase in laundry prices last year for the laundry to still not work properly at all times is frustrating. Additionally I saw a dead mouse in the east wing staircase, it would be appreciated for this to be acknowledged with the resolution that will follow so we don’t have a growing pest problem. Thank you.

Perfect Location, and Helpful Staff! ReNew at Neill Lake is in an ideal spot, with easy access to a beautiful lake, swimming pool, tennis court, parks and walking paths. It’s also conveniently close to major stores, making shopping and dining a breeze. Caleb and Jeremy are super friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, a great place to live with everything you need right at your doorstep!
