I got approved, and was told that I would move into a certain unit. She never sent me the welcome letter. It was like pulling teeth getting in touch with her after I was initially approved.
Based on my experience and another review on here, here is my speculation: They approve multiple individuals for one unit, this way if one backs out they have a fallback.
Otherwise, the property manager us either incompetent or stretched too thin. Anyway, my advice is: it's lovely, but you should have a ...

The lady giving the tour was very sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and told me to stay in contact if I needed any help with the application. At first everything was good but she then began to stop communicating. I asked was I approved or was something wrong on my end ( like credit, background checks, etc). She said everything was great and she was just waiting for me to be approved. But here we are never answered my calls or messages after that . It’s a shame I really wanted to ...

Maintenance here is horrible! You have a problem don’t worry maintenance can give you another !!! They will also never do anything they say ! my mother lived here and they asked her to move out one month before the lease was over stating that if she left she was going to get her deposit back and then after she leaves they keep the deposit giving her the excuse that the blinds were broken the same blinds that were broken when she first moved in there, the place is very old and you can tell even when you walk in the hallways and apartments

I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed it very well. I love my neighbors we get along so well we even cook dinners for each other. Also maintenance has been wonderful at fixing stuff. I love that my daughter has room to play outside as well.

I have lived here nearly 20 years now, and have truly enjoyed every minute. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but close to shopping, playgrounds, schools and entertainment. The pool is a great amenity for hot summer days!

Red Oak has been an overall great experience. I love my apartment layout and the living room and master bedroom are larger than any other places I’ve looked in three counties. Especially for a 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath, gas stove, and It’s also pet friendly. The maintenance team has been awesome and addresses any concerns I have and repairs made promptly. The hot water heater broke Christmas Eve and someone was there within 30 mins! they fixed it promptly with a new tank. Thank you Red Oak ...

We have been living here for a couple of years, and recently renewed lease.
The two bedroom we rented is very spacious, and well planned out(when I was originally looking space was a concern).
For my research was the most space for the money in this area.
Property is well maintained, common area are professionally cleaned often. Maintenance staff is great, knowledgeable, available, and very friendly.
Office & management are great, handle any situation quickly. They are vigilant at keeping ...
