    We only lived here 6 months before moving out of state and can say we enjoyed it! We had a 1bed 1 bath and it was beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings and large windows that allows lots of natural light especially in the gloomy winter months. Everyone that lived there was friendly and the staff was always helpful and easy to work with. Never heard any of our neighbors or people above. It is a little loud at night with motorcycles and loud cars racing down Elm but that comes with living in a ...
    city. Only complaint is one of the parking attendants was always so rude to us anytime he had to get up and move the “parking full” sign for us residents. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but he was very rude multiple times. Besides that one unpleasant gentleman, if I had to live in Manchester again this is the best option and I recommend!

  • Great Place to Live

    Downtown Manchester is a great place to live. I love being able to walk right from my apartment to eat out, meet my friends or shop. I even walk to the grocery store. My apartment is on the 4th floor and having the elevator is a god send when I have my groceries to bring in. The apartment is big and has stainless steel appliances. I like that look. The closet space is huge and there is even storage for my bike in the basement. I recommend this place.
