Do not live in this community
May 31, 2023My unit has many water leak issue from the up stair. The leaking issue occurred before an year. However, the issue back again. When they do the renovate work on the upstairs. The leaking issue occurred in master bedroom. And another leaking issue occur in the guest bathroom at this time. However, They just set the dryer in my unit without notice. And even I get many inconvenience with this leak, and with dryer noise during overnight the community do not give any monthly rent discount or ...compensation for my inconvenience by water leaking from the sealing. And also, They put using the electricity for the three dryer in my for drying the sealing leak, but they did not give any support for the electric bill. I take all of this convenience during the leak issue, and the biggest problem is this leak issue not occur only one time. And They increase my rent about $250/month every year, even nothing improve. I live in here around 2yrs now but I plan to move out from here because of the old property, and disappointed with office's response. Please I strongly do not recommend to live in this community!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Do not judge a book by its cover
December 3, 2020The place seems nice at first glance. When in reality if you go a bit further in there is nothing but dog poop, trash, broken glass, alcohol bottles ect. all over the place. They take weeks on end to finish repairs. They don't care if you don't have a working bathroom. Expect a raised rent once they got you signed.Review from Apartments.com

Redstone Ranch
August 10, 2015Its a beautiful ranch style apartment with several tiers of homes. Mine is a 3 bedroom, wood floor, first story apartment. We have really nice apartment managers, a lot of grass, friendly neighbors, etc. The maintenance crew is friendly and very helpful. My experience so far with Redstone Ranch
July 31, 2015I move in about a week and went to view apartments in my lovely home town about two weeks ago. Out of 10 apartments I looked at, Red Stone is the only one that kind of 'blew me away' with personal customer service. Best Property Ever!
July 28, 2015You can't beat these apartments! The location is great and ammenities even better. Shopping, restaurants and ACC within walking distance. Property has tons of greenspace, beautiful pool, basketball court and playground. Parking is never an issue and most parking spaces are covered and at no extra charge.
