Very poor experience, would not recommend

Car got broken into twice, no surveillance to protect residents after multiple reports in a high crime area. Only thing the staff said when I reported it is "we aren't liable for that". R+L freight carriers is across the street operating 24/7 and constant air travel overhead due to the airport down the road. Would not recommend living here for your own safety and sanity

I have lived at Redstone for almost 2 years and love it so much I even transferred from a 2 bedroom with a roommate to a 1 bedroom apartment alone! Spacious, adorable, and updated apartments! The in-unit washer/dryer is SO convenient! Great quiet location close to downtown and South Willow St, great maintenance team, and great management team! 10/10 recommend living at Redstone Apartments :)

At first when I looked into these apartments they looked pretty good and convenient for being so close to everything in Manchester. However, after living here for a few months I regret moving here. I didn't have much of a choice moving here since i was moving from NC after getting out of the military i couldn't truly look into these apartments. Rent is expensive for what you get. Which is nothing. The apartments are very small and have very little storage space. And with the water heater being in ...
one of the closets you lose half a closet right away.The hallway we live in constantly smells like marijuana on a daily basis since we've moved in. And to pay rent you have a few options, you get a money order and pay it that way without paying any fees, or you can pay it online but if you use your debit/credit card expect at least a $35 fee. Their intercom system is terrible. And with the on street parking makes driving and pulling out of the parking lots very hazardous. But the apartments themselves aren't terrible you get decent appliances but first chance I get I will be moving out. These problems are just my opinion and I'm not saying don't move here just do your research on this place if you are thinking of moving here. And definitely read the reviews on this place! Those alone can tell you a lot.

rip off, i call it boost camp, they let let you do everything, they let you pay monthly fees for maintenance, im glade that my lease will end soon.
the apartments its like made from paper, you hear everything.
before you leave you have to wipe the blinders, walls, kitchen counter (im not talking about regular cleaning)
they give you a long cleaning list do.
they owner seems very cheap.
parking are always full, sometimes i park my car on the side of the road.
they let you sign 13 months lease ...
instead of 12 and they dont care if anything happen to you, all what they care about is the money money money.
rude staff, they way they talk to you . if you loose your key you pay $100 if you lock your self out and call them to let you in $100.
i will never ever live here again no matter what

They are horrible. The office does nothing to help you with your concerns. I've lived here for 2 years and my car was towed because someone stole my parking sticker out of my car. The office told me there was nothing they can do about it so I had to pay to get my car out, even though I had every right to be parked in the lot. There is dog feces all around the grass, they charge you in rent for clean up and they don't clean up the apartment grounds what so ever. Horrible, horrible experience ...

Space is really limited in these little apartments. No storage is available and there's minimal closet space. There's a fee for everything... water, heat (electric) , pets, maintenance so the monthly rent is pretty high. I will say that it prevents certain types of people from living here. It is quiet, considering the number of apartments, and it has an aesthetic landscape. Unfortunately there is barely any place to play outdoors for kids... It's all parking lot. Some hallways stink ...
horribly. This place used to be smoke free until the new owners took over. The rooms are small, so don't plan on fitting much furniture. Also, rent is increased year after year, so don't sign up for your maximum affordable rate. Appliances are new and there is a small apt size washer and dryer in the apartment which makes do for 1-2 people. The new maintenance team is an improvement from the last owners. Appears new owners take pride in this apartment complex and tries to make it a community, but there's no common space (quad or amenities) for neighbors to meet. Pricing is far too high, but location is ideal... Very close to shopping malls, highways, and downtown, which is the main reason why my little family moved here. We're just tight on space and wish we got more for the amount we pay! Also, walk through of the buildings should be done for safety by staff. Will say being a mom, these apartments doors are not good with children- doors unlock with turn of a lever handle. There is a sprinkler system, which is nice but I'm in fear someone will hit one someday... They're so easy to set off! Also, be weary of buildings with tossed out furniture.. City has a history of bed bugs! I do feel as though this staff may try to control this issue. Overall, a better apartment complex than most for city living.

Redstone Apartments are a great place to live. The grounds are always well kept and maintenance is always addressed in a timely manner. The complex is fairly new and up to date. One downfall, however, is the proximity to the airport. Sometimes it could be a bit loud when you're outside or your windows are open.The great insulation throughout the building helps immensely with the noise. The community is pet-friendly with no limit on the pet size, just certain breed restrictions. That being said, ...
another resident in the building has two dogs that adhere to the breed restriction but are far too large to be living in a 900 square foot apartment. The apartment is in great location to downtown Manchester and only 5 minutes from the mall.
