Great Place for Downsizing Senior Citizens We decided to downsize and relieve ourselves of the responsibilities of home ownership and looked at a wide range of possibilities. We chose apartment living and then investigated our options. Redwood was the best and after living there for 4 years it proved us right. Great amenities; instant response to questions or concerns; just plain nice people managing and maintaining as well as wonderful neighbors. Hated to leave but older age brings more issues ...

to bear and had to move where I could get a bit more medical help. Would move back if I ever had need of an apartment

Great leasing experience I sold a home and chose Redwood for my new home because of its neighborhood feel, garages, and modern apartments. It felt more like a condo community than an apartment complex. Maintenance and office staff were very responsive and very attentive to the property. If there was any downside, I would say the HVAC blower was incredibly loud, making it difficult to watch television or be on the phone in the living room when it was running.
