Great people, great homes, great community Excellent single level homes! Easy application and approval process and Kimberle, the property manager was kind, considerate, efficient and truly had my best interest at heart. It was only a few days from the time I looked at the property till I was moving in. Excited to be a part of this community for a long time to come.

Redwood Milford Review My wife and I are in the beginning stage of looking to downsize from the home we lived in for over 30 years. I was not familiar with the Redwood Apartments and came away very impressed. Your representative did a very professional job guiding through the model apartment, describing the neighborhood and explaining the Redwood philosophy.

Not worth it

Far too expensive for what you get. Maintenance is so so. Neighborhood manager lacks customer service. Quality decreased the years we lived there while rent increased dramatically.

Crappy place to live and the new property manager is the worst I’ve ever had. Way over priced and most residents are stuck up. Zero community events so ignore that perk.

Pretty but expensive

We rented one of the condos with a basement this past year. We loved how beautiful it was but we felt that it was overpriced. We had sold our home very quickly and very few options in the city to pick from.
The day we moved in, the condo had not been cleaned. They had just moved out the staging furniture a few hours prior. As we were placing items in the fridge, we noticed that it was turned off. The ice had melted and there was a bin full of water in the freezer. We had to flip the breaker ...
switch in the basement to get it turned on. Opened the microwave and there was spilt coffee everywhere.
Over the next week, we began to have numerous problems with the electrical. We contacted Nick the maitenence man and he was very prompt and courteous. They in turn contacted their electrical guys(Nick was not allowed to work on it). This became an ongoing problem. We would leave for vcacation for a week and we'd come home to spoiled food in our frudge and freezer. This happend on three different occassions. We contacted Natasha the property manager after the food spoilage and her answer was to the effect that she couldn't do a thing about it. To us, it felt like she didn't want to do anything. We finally contacted the regional manager and got some of it resolved. The ele trical issues in the kitchen took almost seven months to finally get resolved.
When we had other maitenece issuse, Nick was prompt, efficient and resolved the issuses that he could quickly and with a smile.
Kudos to Kristen who was training Sara and took care of us with our move out.
