Great. My residence there was the best in the Redwood Reynoldsburg community. Was located in an end unit near woods and was very quiet. Was saddened to have to leave due to yearly increasing and unafordable rent. However, because I like the Redwood communities, I trasferred to a downsized apartment. The management staff and maintenance crew were awesome.

Great I enjoyed the 15 months at Redwood Apartments. The community is quiet, neighbors friendly, situated perfectly close to everything. I will really miss living near the nature reserve and seeing all the deers, birds, etc.. It gave you the feel of being outside the city. The management (Drew) and maintenance (Mike) were wonderful. The communication was great, maintainance service prompt. I loved the size of the apartment and the storage closet is unbelievable. The walk in pantry was ...

I loved living in Redwood I absolutely loved living in Redwood. It was quiet and clean. I loved my screen in porch that had a wooded view. The staff was amazing, Randy and Drew were fantastic. I only moved because I needed more space.

I recently sold my home to down-size and wanted the look, feel and amenities that I became use t - as well as the neighboring businesses for proximity. Done. From the tour, through the application process, ongoing updates on availability, completion of the lease signing and the keys hand off - Flawless. Drew, who is the Manager with whom I worked, runs a great ship. And the apartment? My executive home, ...
shrunken to a smaller size,with a two-car garage. I can view the pond, walk the enclosed neighborhood, walk to my mailbox and exit my car - right into my kitchen. Hardwood floors, nice appliances, spacious living areas and a patio for a chill down after walking. A little warm? Turn on a ceiling fan...pick one from many rooms. Just bring your washer and dryer and sell everything else - including your lawn tools. The grounds are manicured. Oh, that insurance assessment? I asked to "buy" my unit and call it a condo. The place is just that nice! Thanks so much to Drew and the team. If you all ever start selling these units, please sign me up. This is Home. Quality Style.
