This is by far the worst place I lived at and the biggest waste of money. My original rent was 825 but at the end of the month it comes out over 100 dollars higher because of utilities not including my electricity. Also the place is crawling with cockroaches. I keep my place as clean as possible and had an exterminator come in to help but they always seem to crawl back in from the neighbors or the outside. by putting un-working locked doors. Every time I tried to address an issued with the ladies at the front desk they would get an attitude with me, they are absolutely some bitches. Trash is another issues, there is always trash in the hallways and they rarely come by and clean. The entrance to the building always reek like pee. They are cigarettes buds everywhere along with trash outside surrounding the building. I could go on and on about the negative things about this place. Avoid the trouble and do not rent here.
