From touring a unit to moving in, I cant express how easy and comfortably the entire process has been! On top of that, management constantly sends emails and alerts of any upcoming renovations, changes, and events which is not anything I have ever experienced renting before. If i could rate this ten stars i would!

The apartment is located in a great location, everything that you need you can find around the neighborhood. The lake close to the building is outstanding! Nice amenities such as the pool, hot tub, game room and the gym. It has been a great experience so far and I am really enjoying my experience.

Terrible Management

I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said. There is an ongoing issue with package theft in this building, and it is not being adequately addressed. Packages are routinely taken from the delivery area, and there appears to be little to no accountability or prevention measures in place. Most recently, a package containing my prescription medication was stolen shortly after delivery. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it directly impacts my health, and due to the nature of the prescription, ...
it cannot be easily replaced. Situations like this should not be happening this frequently in a building that residents are paying to live in. At a minimum, there should be better security, monitoring, or a secure system for handling deliveries. If you are considering living here, be aware that your packages may not be safe, and you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own. Management needs to take this seriously and implement real solutions.

I moved in last November (2024) and have been loving my new space! Some people in the pool/courtyard area are inconsiderate at times (too loud after pool hours, dogs in the pool) but that's only happened a few times. Mostly, it's quiet, neighbors are really nice, valet trash is such a great amenity, Fetch delivering packages directly to my door is fantastic! Love Regatta!

I've really enjoyed living here! The maintenance team is excellent - they respond quickly and always take care of any issues with professionalism and a great attitude. The location can't be beat: it's an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and the lake which makes weekends especially nice. The community itself is friendly and welcoming, and it really feels like people look out for each other. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home!

I like the place, people in the front desk are very resourceful and friendly. I like the amenities , but there are some maintenance issues to be fix in the building. When using the load area for bringing my stuff there is always a white truck parked, so I couldn’t use the dock.
