Being across the street from Sloan's Lake is unbeatable. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, the common areas are always clean and kept, and the leasing agents are always helpful and friendly. We can see ourselves living here for several years.

From touring a unit to moving in, I cant express how easy and comfortably the entire process has been! On top of that, management constantly sends emails and alerts of any upcoming renovations, changes, and events which is not anything I have ever experienced renting before. The apartment is located in a great location, everything that you need you can find around the neighborhood. The lake close to the building is outstanding! Nice amenities such as the pool, hot tub, game room and the gym. It has been a great experience so far and I am really enjoying my experience.

Terrible Management

I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said. There is an ongoing issue with package theft in this building, and it is not being adequately addressed. Packages are routinely taken from the delivery area, and there appears to be little to no accountability or prevention measures in place. Most recently, a package containing my prescription medication was stolen shortly after delivery. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it directly impacts my health, and due to the nature of the prescription, ...

it cannot be easily replaced. Situations like this should not be happening this frequently in a building that residents are paying to live in. At a minimum, there should be better security, monitoring, or a secure system for handling deliveries. If you are considering living here, be aware that your packages may not be safe, and you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own. Management needs to take this seriously and implement real solutions.

I moved in last November (2024) and have been loving my new space! Some people in the pool/courtyard area are inconsiderate at times (too loud after pool hours, dogs in the pool) but that's only happened a few times. Mostly, it's quiet, neighbors are really nice, valet trash is such a great amenity, Fetch delivering packages directly to my door is fantastic! Love Regatta!

Move in and leasing was smooth, complex is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Common spaces are well kept and the staff are great to work with. No issues with my unit!
