April 10, 2024Love the 24-hour concierge service. Front desk Jeremy is very helpful, professional always with a smile and a positive attitude. As someone who worked in customer service, it makes a huge difference! Newer morning staff need to take notes on how to approach residents. Simple eye contact and a good attitude go along the way. October 25, 2023I LOVE it. Brendan, Janelle, and Stephanie truly became friends fast because they are so fantastic and so much fun! Have never had better leasing office and management. Also Randy who helped me find my unit, and Jeremy, Vicky, everyone at front desk - they truly go above and beyond and it's a family feel in the building!
