I wish I could get through to the front office in less than 20 phone calls. If they would’ve picked up, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this review. It seems like I’ve had more issues lately than in the last 10 years combined at this place.The front office does not have their act together and within the last month there have been Unsubstantiated accusations, and I’m over it. Avoid this place, there are so much nicer cheaper places nearby that are way newer, I do not recommend this complex.

Roaches and hands-off management

Multiple buildings at The Cove have a roach infestation. I know this because I lived in 2 buildings over a 6 year period where the problem went from non-existent and then got progressively worse because the pest control service we paid $5/month for (mandatory) was using essential oils. I got to know many neighbors well and they had the same roach problem. Management is very hands-off and aloof about everything. You're really on your own with all of your problems unless there's damage to their ...

Since the first inquiry, the staff here has been super helpful and responsive to all of my questions. My apartment is beautiful and I am paying a great price! The whole complex is beautiful and has amenities I have never seen at past apartments. The staff continues to be great, and my neighbors are a joy as well. I have zero complaints about this place.

quiet jewel in South Austin

I have lived at Remington Hills for going on three years. It is a cozy and quiet complex. It is somewhere I am proud to call home. The staff are friendly, maintenance is quick, friendly and will do what they say and do it with a smile. I would say my most enjoyable experience in renting ever.
