The facility is really nice. We enjoy our apartment. The Reserve team are awesome. They work hard to ensure pleasant surroundings and great relationships with residents. The reserve Eden prairie community is very calm,peaceful,and relaxing. Not noisy or loud at all.The units are very nice and pretty spacious for the price.

Having moved in just a week ago the apartment is a great place to live. The number of different cultures and people's backgrounds give for making lots of new friends. The only couple of issues I've had up to this point are the unit my fiancé and I have moved into was not cleaned at all from what it seems like. The other issue I took note of was how hard it is to get any communication back from the office/management before moving in day. All in all, not a terrible place to live!

I recently moved in and wow, this place is truly the best place I've ever lived. I do have a few warnings- The leasing office took forever to respond to emails and phone calls with questions and concerns and when we first moved in, the renovations and cleaning were not done. Otherwise, the units are spacious and comfortable, when you catch the staff in person they're super helpful and I ADORE my new neighbors. My own unit is super quiet and I only hear my neighbors in the hallway- this is great ...

for someone with sensory issues such as myself. The amenities and extra's for this complex are so worth the price and the sheer amount of green space around this complex gives a Northern-Minnesota-camping feel while still being close to things to do and places to work. Being in a pet friendly area that capitalizes on neighborhood relationships is a fabulous change from my former home and I'm so glad I gave Reserve a chance!
