    Having moved in just a week ago the apartment is a great place to live. The number of different cultures and people's backgrounds give for making lots of new friends. The only couple of issues I've had up to this point are the unit my fiancé and I have moved into was not cleaned at all from what it seems like. The other issue I took note of was how hard it is to get any communication back from the office/management before moving in day. All in all, not a terrible place to live!

    I recently moved in and wow, this place is truly the best place I've ever lived. I do have a few warnings- The leasing office took forever to respond to emails and phone calls with questions and concerns and when we first moved in, the renovations and cleaning were not done. Otherwise, the units are spacious and comfortable, when you catch the staff in person they're super helpful and I ADORE my new neighbors. My own unit is super quiet and I only hear my neighbors in the hallway- this is great ...
    for someone with sensory issues such as myself. The amenities and extra's for this complex are so worth the price and the sheer amount of green space around this complex gives a Northern-Minnesota-camping feel while still being close to things to do and places to work. Being in a pet friendly area that capitalizes on neighborhood relationships is a fabulous change from my former home and I'm so glad I gave Reserve a chance!

    Worst place i ever been lived and it’s not about the apartment it’s about the office people I and my roommates feels some kind of harassment or racism issues since we been living in this apartment and finally we decided to move out as soon as our lease expired

    Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Amenities like the gym and common areas are clean and useful. The apartment itself is spacious, which is a big plus and makes it feel very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is that the kitchen could use an upgrade — more modern appliances and finishes would really complete the space. Other than ...

    Neighbors are quiet and the apartment common areas are always clean. Maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently. The recreation areas are always clean as well. Management is quick to find solutions to any issues.

    The first time I walked through the door I felt very welcome. I just been here a few months, and I really enjoyed my apartment ??. I don't have any complaints if I have a problem. The office always take care of it... The office staff are very nice and also the maintenance guys. I are awesome.

    The amenities are never ever to be used and when they are open the other residents either break something or cause issues so that the amenities are closed again. It's unfortunate we pay for these amenities but can't never use them. There were also 2 mice in our apartment.
