Horrible. I wish I had read these reviews before leasing here. They trap you in your lease by making it to where you have to find someone to sublease AND a pay $500. 2 bedroom is SO small. Walls are so thin you can hear people yelling, dogs whining, or your neighbors music as well as people walking around above you, and your roommate from the living room. No one cleaned my room before I moved in and they didn’t ensure I got the room I wanted (which would have been simply locking it during turn ...

over) i constantly regret living here.

Terrible Management, Terrible Apartment

I wish I could give the Reserve 0 stars. It was a terrible and inconvenient experience staying here, from the start. Staff is not helpful, and our walls and carpets were stained. Maintenance never responded to our requests, and it was extremely difficult to contact management. They will charge all students unfair, false fees, fines, and charges upon moveout. They will use threatening tactics and refuse to compromise on the fees and fines they charge. Awful choice of apartment.

Staff was never helpful, maintenance sucked and the apartment itself isn't nice at all. Always something wrong with the toilet or sink or something in the kitchen. My bedroom light went out and they never fixed it so I had to use a lamp for months. Only good thing is the location.

A step in to adult hood. First time living on my own and I've a mediocre experience. The apartments were fairly clean when I first moved in and the location was wonderful (By a mall, school, food trucks, & a beautiful 202 acre park)! The only downsides were the front office was a mess, never organized, and their maintenance was unreliable.
