They post on several sites that they have one available. They even email you to come in! I go...and am told none available, but I can add to their LONG waiting list. False advertising at it's worst! That was a WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME!

I have lived at the income-based apartment going on 5 years and it is suppose to benefit the income - challenged... Rent has went up every year... the waiting list to move into a larger space I have never reached the top... and it appears the value is going down each year and no matter how much you try to speak to someone it fall on deaf ears... They will contact you if you are a day late.. but takes 3 to 4 days to respond to a maintenance issue or return phone calls.. I was told your rent did ...

not suppose to increase you have a locked in rate... it increases every year although my pay stays the same... They could really treat their tenants better

I've lived at the Reserve at Ivy Creek for four years now with my kids and I love it! The people are very friendly and apartments are very nice and well built. My kids love it because the neighborhood is nice and there's a pool, playground, basketball court, and tennis court. Not to mention it's a very well protected neighboirhood . It's a great location and is right by a gas station, eateries and the Mall of Georgia! There's free after school child care which is deffenitley a plus for busy ...

moms/dads. I've never had any problems or trouble for the years that I've lived here with anyone or anything. My experience in the apartments for the past few years have been are great!
