I called for information and the leasing agent literally SIGHED and put me on hold when I asked to see the available units. Like I’m bothering her by making her do her job. If that’s how they treat perspective residents, I wonder what it’s like living here? Girl, you get commission off leases. Do better.

Please do not move here!

Office management rude. Only 8 visitor spots for the entire complex. The rest are assigned parking spots for the tenants. Because of the lack of visitor spots, it is impossible to invite friends or family over. Also, random people will park in your spot so you have no where to park. You have to call multiple times to get maintenance to fix anything. I am in a remodeled studio, and the remodeling was done so cheaply. Not enough storage space. There are drug dealers living at the complex selling ...

from their unit. Which means random crack heads are always walking around, making it unsafe to live here. I’ve had things stolen from my patio. I have also witnessed people doing heroin right outside my door. Security is a joke. And there’s trash everywhere. I would not recommend living here. I understand it is cheap, but we still deserve adequate living arrangements. There is a complete disregard for the safety of the residents living here.

I lived here for 2 years. There were rats, when I reported it they did nothing for months! They lived in the drain area outside, my dog killed one and I had to remove and clean everything. My roof feel in and they put a piece of cardboard to cover the hole. After a month they hadn’t repaired the roof or my apartment and didn’t even attempt until many follow ups. They are slow to respond to problems if they even respond. After all of that they kept my entire security deposit. I literally had such ...

a bad rat infestation that for the last 6 months of my lease I moved in with my friends and eventually my parents, but I still had to pay rent! It was uninhabitable, I couldn’t clean up rat poop and have my furniture and belongings eaten by rats every day after work. Please for your own sake and the sake of your wallet, I implore you not to even consider this place. It was the worst choice in habitation I have ever made and I am terrified of signing a lease anywhere after this experience.

Quiet Neighborhood

As a new resident to Texas, I lived there for two years. Great place to live neighborhood was quiet as well as the apartment complex. Yes, I had a very small issue with cockroaches, but that’s what happens when you live in the city as well as building ‘movement’ due to Mother Nature (not the managements’ fault). Great supermarkets near by too (Walmart, Sprouts, Aldi, Rio Grande, Fiesta, and El Rancho) if you are looking for a variety of different kinds of foods. The Management Team ...

The first thing you will notice walking in to these apartments is the friendly management!!!!! We went for a tour of the apartments and everything looks very new and modern. The appliances are very nice and the apartments look very new. The pricing is also great compared to other apartments around the area.

Neighbors are pretty gross they always leave trash everywhere and I'm pretty sure that's what makes rodents appear. The dumpster are always filled with trash and mattresses and sofas and pretty much looks like a huge mess. Also pretty disappointed with how maintenance takes for ever to fix orders and it's just pretty over priced for what it's worth...for almost 1000 a month go rent a house or an upscale apartment.

Ive been living in the apartments aventera, they are good apartments and are affordable, ive never had any problems and the buildings are decent, they just got a new owner so there are alot of changes going on but are respectful with the people living here. They only work monday thru friday 9am to 5pm on the apartments changes, its a good apartment for low budget people.
