There’s a train very close!!! It runs at night and wakes me up every other night, also the front office is very unresponsive with problems. They ignore you, and refuse to solve simple issues. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, and get more value, much more!

I have found my stay here very comfortable, been here since February, these apartments have had many managers but the young girl in the office i guess is now the manager and is very polite and very helpful did not like the last 3 managers before that, specifically the last one that little lady is so dumb . in spite of many children the place is very clean. the fixer guy now fixed my AC the last tall guy never could.

There are so many things that went wrong while I lived here however, I think the worst was the AC going out in the middle of summer. The complex cared very little that I had no AC even though I had a pet staying in the apartment all day. It was not viewed as an emergency and took a week to fix. They look brand new but upon moving in I noticed the floors were uneven and exposing the floor underneath. The counters are uneven and the tub isn't level so the water puddles and is a nightmare to drain. ...

Looks good for the price and area but not worth the money.

I was so hopeful when I moved into these apartments. It looked like it was in a decent area, the apartments looked brand new: however things changed when I moved in. One they couldn't move me in on my move in date, my apartment hadn't been CLEANED AT ALL. They are now charging $100 less for my same floor plan be use they are SO desperate to get people in. These apartments are revolving doors for all kinds of people. They don't keep up the grounds. They don't empty the trash can, where people ...

throw out pet waste, they let it fill all the way to the top! The AC goes out regularly and they could care less that my pet is sitting in a hot apartment. Needless to say I moved out as soon as my lease was up and I will NOT be recommending these apartments to anyone anytime soon.

Do not rent here. They never fix a/c and I have been living in heat for 2 weeks. They advertise FITNESS CENTER and it is literally a storage room for old washer and dryers. They had decent people in the office but they change staff like I change my socks. So now , I have to start all over with my pleads for repairs. 1000 bux a month to live in the hood is not good. Btw.... this IS NOT GARDEN OAKS
