This is the worst living experience ever,the management team never resolves any issues nor will they reach out to address any resident concerns .first of all GEESE live in the building as pets,its stinks horribly very loud boise makers,the carpet has never been cleaned in over one year ,the cleaning lady comes during hours residents in elevator with her cleaning no mask ! The leasing /property manager is so rude ,unprofessional not solution oriented at all,no way she's been trained to deal with ...

unhappy residents. This buliding is awfull!

Looking for an affordable place to live in Downtown SS is like looking for a needle in a Haystack, so you could imagine my surprise when I saw the advertisement for Residences at Thayer Ave. A brand new apartment with 1 bedrooms under $1,100! At the time they were still under construction so I leased my apartment blindly. I have been pretty happy so far. Pros: Secured access Fitness center Clubroom Spacious apts Cons: Fitness center isn't 24/7 You cannot rent the clubroom Walls are EXTREMELY ...

thin Landscaping needs a lot of works. Weeds everywhere. My biggest complaint would the thin walls. I can hear my neighbors above and beside me...including conversations at normal volumes. That can be frustrating at times. overall you can't beat what you get for the price and location. p.s the 1 bedrooms that are $1,093 are tax credit.
