Inconsistent utilities
August 24, 2021Water turns off at least once a month (wish I was exaggerating) and there was a major gas leak a couple weeks back. We weren't told about the leak until hours later, I saw a news truck pull up before we were notified. (Just to clarify, as far as I know the evacuated buildings knew right away). We also were informed we'll be paying utilities now, which would be fine if it was only for our unit and not split between residents. We also have to run our water all the time before it comes out clear, ...and I'm concerned about that cost and the waste of something outside our control. I shouldn't have to worry about having gallons of water stored.Property Manager Responded

Thin Walls
July 28, 2021I have lived at Pomona Park since December. It is a beautiful complex with spacious, updated, and well maintained apartments! The Leasing and Maintenance Staff are always responsive, kind, and genuinely strive to address whatever issue you may have. However, sound easily travels between units. This, combined with completely inconsiderate neighbors, who blast their TV and/or music, throughout the night has been a disaster and chaotic living experience. Not sure how a seeking tenant may gage this ...before renting, but I would advise everyone to do as much research as possible to see if you'll find yourself in this type of catch22Property Manager Responded

Large apartment, beautiful grounds
September 22, 2020I lived at Residences at Pomona Park for six months when I relocated to Baltimore. I lived in the garden apartments, which were large with plenty of walk-in closets and a storage unit in the building as well. The bedrooms were large, the baths were well appointed. My unit had been remodeled so it featured solid surface counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen as well as laminate flooring in the living/dining areas. The patio was large and, while it overlooked the parking area, had a nice ...view of the well-landscaped grounds. Everyone at the facility was wonderful to deal with. Trash and recycling pickup at your door, a friendly wave hello, quick responses to any requests. I felt safe living there, enjoyed the dog park with my two dogs, and loved my time there. Quiet and pleasant! A big plus with pets...there was no extra deposit and no monthly charge. A few dogs were a little aggressive, and some owners were not great about picking up after their dogs, but overall most were nice to interact with. Staff were very responsive to requests for clean up in the dog play yard and refills on the doggie pick up bags. I loved living there, and highly recommend it!Property Manager Responded

Very impressed
September 20, 2015I recently moved the the Residences at Pomona Park from another community in the area. I have been extremely impressed with the staff in this community. From the gatehouse security to the maintenance workers everyone has been so friendly and on top of things. I have had a few minor issues/requests and the staff has always been quick to respond and address the issues/requests. The community is peaceful and quiet and has a lot of trees and green space which is great as well. I moved into a ...newly renovated two bedroom apartment (updated kitchen, flooring, bathrooms and window treatments) and really like the look, feel and quality of the apartment. There is also a ton of storage with numerous closets and a huge outdoor patio. August 21, 2015We've lived here for 6 months now. The apartment is huge, plenty of storage. The appliances are top of the line. Location is excellent. Not only are we enjoying our new apartment, but the staff is on site 24/7 - they respond very quickly to any repair request. August 12, 2015My wife & I have been living here for 15 years & have come to love the apartment & some of the other families here. Unfortunately, we being senior citizens have just about run out of our funds. We have enough for burial and certainly can't depend on our children to help us.
