I told them about a bad experience applying for the last place and it feels like they really went out of their way to make sure it didn't happen here. The mature trees are beautiful and the pool is really nice. The location is great--somehow both quiet and located up the street from everything. August 17, 2022The property needs a lot of updates: patios, stairs, especially given how much we pay for rent now. Overall it's a nice neighborhood though and the appliances and amenities are nice.
