Withholding payments
July 21, 2024The worst management group. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails, and they never cash your rent checks or payments on time. Most of the time, they hold it 1-2 months late so your account shows you owe them money plus a steep late fee. Even walking to the office, they’ll tell you they have your payment, yet I don’t know why they aren’t posting it to my account. This is an ongoing battle with other residents in the apartment complex against the mismanagement team. I’ll be filing a ...complaint with the AG and BBB to get involved because they haven’t complied since I last walked into the office. As an attorney for one of those residents, I will be drafting a letter to be sent to their management as a warning before filing suit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Searching for an apartment
December 26, 2017I just have to say that I am impressed with the staff in the office. I toured the apartments at Ridgegate and although I am not planning to move until March or April they gave me all the information I needed without hesitation. I feel like most apartment complexes now days are just as bad as a car lot. If you arent looking to move in right away or when they have something available then they don't want to waste their time, but not at Ridgegate. I was given the attention when I was there and I did ...not feel like they werent interested in speaking with me. I will definately be looking again when I am ready to move and hope they have the availability for me then.Property Manager Responded
