I love my apartment
May 17, 2023I love it here ! Me and bf been here for 6 months and got the one bedroom, I love it ! The patio is huge ! The maintenance are on it when we have any concerns, even the management is REALLY GOOD. The ladies in the office are really helpful and very nice and get things done ! I would recommend these apartments to anyone interested. We love it so much that we are going to transfer to a bigger unit since we want to expand our family. The only thing I think needs to be done is updating inside the ...units with better cabinets and better paint job that's it but other then that I love it HERE.Property Manager Responded

Look nice but not really
July 16, 2022I lived here for over a year and was disappointed in how unprofessional management was. The grounds are never kept up. The property has been without finished patios the entire time I lived there. Kids outside digging in dirt messing with landscaping without any parent supervision. There is poop everywhere you walk because no one cleans up after their animals. Homeless people wonder the grounds day and night. Digging in the trash and taking whatever they please off patios. The gate never works. ...Street parking is dangerous so be careful at night there are no street lights and there is no visitor parking allowed ever. The pool was never open because of the filter being broken. The outside where children have to walk to school is disturbing to say the least. Lots of trash and debris as well as broken glass from people having their car windows broken into at night. Overall don’t move here unless you absolutely have too.Property Manager Responded

These apartments look nice but aren’t nice once moved in
September 28, 2020The walls and windows in this complex are very thin. I can hear everything going on outside. My neighbors are also really loud (yelling, crying kids, etc). I’ve put in complaints on them several times and all they get is a warning every time. I can’t hang out on my balcony because of the noise. The outside of the apartments is not well kept. The inside of the apartments are poorly renovated. I would not re-new my lease here. Its okay for the struggling student/adult but if you can afford it, ...don’t live here.Property Manager Responded

GREAT PLACE.
June 3, 2020I have lived here for two years going on 3. And I have to say it is the best place I have lived. The property is well kept and safe. I have a 2yr old and I had to have a place I felt safe. It is quiet at night and there is everything you need near by. The management Team is amazing. Cynthia, Elizabeth, Breanna and Breanna the manager are always so welcoming and helpful. And they get to know their tenants not a new set of faces every time you go in. The Maintence group is on top of things. When ...they tell you they will be there on a certain day they are. June 1, 2020My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and we couldn't be happier. The apartments complex is clean, well kept, and the front office staff is very helpful. 3rd times a charm!!!
May 30, 2020This community was the 3rd place we stopped at in our apartment hunt and it was the last. From the beginning with the tour I fell in love with it and all of its upgrades and amenities. Granite counter tops with a deep sink in the kitchen, dishwasher and brand new fancy stove along with a brand new fridge! Bathrooms have vanity mirrors perfect for getting dolled up on date night with the hubby. We are a family with 3 kids and each room is very spacious and walk-in closets in each room is a plus! ...Our unit has an outdoor mini courtyard perfect for the little ones to play. At night the walk ways are very well lit up along with the parking carports and open parking. Gated with only tenant access which is perfect for piece of mind on safety. No issues with any neighbors very quiet and everyone who walks by greets you with a good morning or hello. We have only had to call maintenance once and they were here same day. Maintenance is on site almost every day remodeling units with beautiful new things. Parking hasn’t really been an issue. Outside parking is available on the street which my guest have left their cars out there overnight with no issues. Tons of fast food restaurants,Ralph’s, US Bank, Sprint, Metro, BofA, Starbucks and many more places are all walking distance. Everything is so close and convenient. Staff is here everyday unlike other communities who are operated only Monday thru Friday during regular business hours...for those like myself weekends are my days off and the days I like to personally walk in to drop off my rent check they are here and ready to help and are all always so polite. Both Brianna’s and Liz are amazing and always so friendly and they stay smiling!!!! Definitely 5 stars and recommend this community hands down!!!Property Manager Responded
