    A great place to live! This is a wonderful place! Things are always kept up very nicely, both indoors and outdoors. Good communication with management when you have questions, and timely resolution of maintenance requests. A quiet and beautiful neighborhood!

    Grounds are well cared for I love how the grounds are well kept and and planted with flowers. I feel like I am living in a park. Did not like being rushed out of Happy Hour on 8/14/25 and told we were to clear our own tables. Ambassadors could engage more with the residents instead of sitting behind the tables.

    All is well! Living at Ridgeview Highlands is a blessing. The outside and inside areas are kept up well. We are given enough notice about upcoming maintenance. I've only sent two e-mails to the office so far and wish I would get replies. I send them to the office but don't hear back. I usually have to call as a follow-up.

Housekeeping: Friendly, do a thorough job Grounds: Flowers, trees and lawn mowing kept up to date Social Calendar: A variety of activities are provided. Plus pool room and workout room. Office Staff: This is a job where patience, sensitivity, knowledge, good listener and sense of humor are critical. A smile goes a long way. Concerns: Remodeling using hardwood flooring…increase in noise level. Inconsistency with rules: ie-bird ...
    feeders, wind chimes, pets allowed in buildings other than 10, walkers left in front lobby, furniture thrown away in/by dumpster. Appreciate seeing updates being made. New roofs, hallway painting, carpets cleaned, garage washed out, patio lights replaced, furniture and paintings updated in floor lobbies to name a few.
