Did not like being rushed out of Happy Hour on 8/14/25 and told we were to clear our own tables. Housekeeping: Friendly, do a thorough job Grounds: Flowers, trees and lawn mowing kept up to date Social Calendar: A variety of activities are provided. Plus pool room and workout room. Office Staff: This is a job where patience, sensitivity, knowledge, good listener and sense of humor are critical. A smile goes a long way. Concerns: Remodeling using hardwood flooring…increase in noise level. Inconsistency with rules: ie-bird ...feeders, wind chimes, pets allowed in buildings other than 10, walkers left in front lobby, furniture thrown away in/by dumpster. Appreciate seeing updates being made. New roofs, hallway painting, carpets cleaned, garage washed out, patio lights replaced, furniture and paintings updated in floor lobbies to name a few.Property Manager Responded
